1. Please enter your names as they appear on your passports, failure to give proper names and proper birth dates will put you at the risk of being denied boarding at the airport and denied entry into Dominican Republic.
2. Passport Information: Please check your Expiration Date on your Passport. As of January 1st 2014 it is required that your Passport be valid for travel 6 Months after your travel Date. The 6 Month Rule Varies from Destination to Destination.
