Booking and payment procedures
1. Please enter your passenger information. This will include the total number of passengers traveling in your reservation, including children.
2. Contact information is your mailing address for invoices and document delivery.
3.Trip information is all of the information needed to make your reservation.
4. Payment information is your credit card information we will need when making your reservation. We can not make your reservation without your deposit payment.
5. Additional information section is where you may ask or discuss any questions you may have with your reservation, your group booking number goes in this field.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on reserve your room to get started.
Airfare is not included in the above pricing. Clients have the choice to purchase your airfare on your own or have Ultra Tech Travel make the purchase for you. If clients purchased travel protection, your airfare needs to be booked by Ultra Tech Travel to have the airfare insured by your insurance policy. Airfare may be added at a later date and up to final payment date.
Deposits and Final Payments
A $50.00 Per Person Double Occupancy deposit is required to hold your reservation. No deposit for children under the age of 4. A second payment of 50% of the room rate is due on November 14, 2018 - Final Payment Jan 14, 2019

Reserve your Room
To Reserve your reservation please fill out the form below. There is two very important entry's you need to be aware of before making your reservation.
1. Please enter your names as they appear on your passports, failure to give proper names and proper birth dates will put you at the risk of being denied boarding at the airport and denied entry into Punta Cana.
2. Passport Information: Please check your Expiration Date on your Passport. As of January 1st 2014 it is required that your Passport be valid for travel 6 Months after your travel Date. The 6 Month Rule Varies from Destination to Destination.
Travel Protection
We highly recommend for passengers to consider CFAR Outstanding Travel Protection Plan. Cancel for any reason travel protection is $99.00 per person. You may cancel your reservation up to two hours prior to departure and receive a full refund excluding the cost of the insurance. Travel protection is optional and must be purchased at the time of the client making there reservation with Ultra Tech Travel. Contact the agency for further information.
Pricing is per person based on 1 - 2 - 3 in a room. child rate applies when sharing a room with 2 paying adults.
Cancellation / Change Fees
If you cancel your reservation 66 days or later prior to departure a $25 per person (Adult) fee will apply
If you cancel 65 days or earlier to departure fees become progressive up to 100% of the vacation cost.
Pricing Inclusions
Guest Pricing includes: Resort Stay for desired amount of nights beginning on March 20, 2019
Round trip ground transfers from (PUJ) Punta Cana International Airport to HardRock Punta Cana Dr.
All Meals, Drinks, and taxes are included.
Up to $1800.00 in resort unlimited credits. Credits may be used on Spa, Tours, Golf, wine selection Etc.
