Fuentes - Take 5 open kitchens, plasma TVs showing footage from cameras all over the kitchens, expert chefs with rotating menus of grill, pasta, seafood, tapas and stir fry. Add oversized teak tables and fine china and a beach view and you've got the most interactive dining experience under a 90-foot vaulted palapa roof. Guests are invited to interact with expert chefs at each open kitchen, and learn from recipes on display and cooking techniques for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
