Booking and payment procedures

1. Please enter your passenger information. This will include the total number of passengers traveling in your reservation, including children.

2. Contact information is your mailing address for invoices and document delivery.

3.Trip information is all of the information needed to make your reservation.

4. Payment information is your credit card information we will need when making your reservation. We can not make your reservation without your deposit payment.

5. Additional information section is where you may ask or discuss any questions you may have with your reservation, your group booking number goes in this field.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on reserve your room to get started.

Airfare is not included in the above pricing. Clients have the choice to purchase your airfare on your own or have Ultra Tech Travel make the purchase for you.

Reserve your Room

To Reserve your reservation please fill out the form below. There is two very important entry's you need to be aware of before making your reservation.

1. Please enter your names as they appear on your passports, failure to give proper names and proper birth dates will put you at the risk of being denied boarding at the airport and denied entry into Costa Rica.

2. Passport Information: Please check your Expiration Date on your Passport. As of January 1st 2014 it is required that your Passport be valid for travel 6 Months after your travel Date. The 6 Month Rule Varies from Destination to Destination.

Travel Protection

Trip Secure Travel Credit- $119 per person- If you cancel you will receive a future travel credit to use within a year of cancellation date.
Trip Secure Cashback Land- $145 per person- If you cancel you will get a full cash refund back on your CC for the land portion only.

Pricing Inclusions
Guest Pricing includes: Resort Stay for desired amount of nights beginning April 19, 2023. Round trip ground transfers from (LIR) Guanacaste airport (LIR) in Liberia are additional at $143.00 per person.

All Meals, Drinks, and taxes are included.

Deposits and Final Payments
A $100.00 per room deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Deposit Due Date: August 26, 2022
Final Payment Due: (January 10th, 2023)
