Our "Cancel For Any Reason" plan means exactly what it says. No
hassles, no worries - a plan that we believe is the best in the
industry. And now children can be covered at a lower price! Unlike
other travel insurance plans that provide reimbursement only for
cancellations due to medical reasons, the Travel Impressions plan
provides your enrolled clients with a full refund in the event they
need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to the departure
time of the flight. The complete package is covered, including airfare
regardless of ticketing penalties or airline regulations, if cancelled
prior to departure. |

The Cancel For Any Reason & Travel Protection Plan includes
coverage for: |

Trip interruption should clients need to return home early for a
covered reason. |

Protection against additional expenses in the event a covered weather
delay. |

Reimbursement for lost or stolen baggage. |

Reimbursement for medical expenses incurred overseas. Many group
health or primary medical insurance plans do not cover medical
expenses incurred outside of the United States or the plan's covered

clients require emergency traveler's assistance during their vacation. |

Clients can cancel for any reason right up to the departure time of the
flight for any reason - even if you simply change your mind! (Must be
cancelled through Ultra Tech Travel prior to flight departure.)
Insurance Protection while you are Traveling:
• $200 Trip Delay: Reimburses you for meals, lodging and unused days
should your flight be delayed due to equipment failure, strike, inclement
weather, etc.
• $5,000 Medical Expense: Reimburses you for doctor and hospital charges
should you become ill or injured during your trip.
• $800 Baggage/Personal Effects: Reimburses you should your bags become
lost or stolen while traveling.
• $100 Bag Delay: Reimburses you for the cost of necessary items should
your bags be delayed by the airline for more than 24 hours during your
trip.
• Worldwide Emergency Assistance: 24 Hour access to the services of
American International Assistance Services, including medical and legal
referrals, emergency cash transfers, lost documents, etc.
What's the cost? Only $89 - $109 per adult, and $45 per child up to 12
(depending on vacation package price.) This small investment will pay many
times over if that unexpected situation arises. Please note: this plan
CANNOT be added on after deposit has been paid.
