Making your reservation
Once you've made the right decision to
vacation with
Ultra Tech Travel. A deposit of $150.00 per person will be due within 5
days after booking, or no less than 3 days before departure for late
bookings. Additional deposit may be required for holiday travel, peak
periods and promotional sales. Upon receipt of deposit, your tentative
booking becomes a confirmed reservation. Payment in full is due 50 days
prior to departure. Bookings made less than 45 days before departure
require immediate payment in full. Be sure to make your payments on time
as we cannot hold reservations beyond the payment deadlines.

We accept the following forms of payment:
(1) Certified check, Money Order.
(2) Credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card.

Documents, including tickets and vouchers, are mailed First Class 30 days
before departure or within 3 business days after receipt of payment in
full. For bookings made less than 45 days in advance, optional Federal
Express delivery is available for a charge of $15.00. Always check your
documents for accuracy upon receipt.
Late Bookings
Bookings made 14 days or less before departure will incur a $25 fee to
cover additional expenses to process reservation and expedite documents.
Revisions/Changes
Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $20 will be due per
booking each time changes are made to a reservation to cover
administrative costs. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline
ticket, a minimum of $150 per ticket will be due in addition to the
revision fee. A fee of $150 is due for a lost ticket. Certain airfares do
not allow changes of any nature.

Cancellations
To minimize penalties, please advise us
immediately should you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation. Please see
penalty scale below for charges.

Depending on the tariff, from $75.00 to the full amount of
the airfare may be forfeited. Hotel penalties often apply, Cancellation
penalties may vary depending on travel dates. Penalties up to the full
amount paid may apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional sales.
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
Refunds
No refunds can be made for unused services or inclusions. All tickets and
vouchers must be returned before a refund can be issued. Please allow 4-6
weeks for processing refunds after notifying us to cancel reservation.
Travel Insurance
Travel, health and accident, baggage and trip cancellation
insurance is available. Unexpected circumstances can occur at anytime,
anywhere to anyone. A sudden emergency just before or even during your
vacation may force you to cancel or interrupt your trip. Should this
occur, the last thing you need to worry about is the money you could lose.
We strongly recommend that you protect your vacation investment with
low-cost travel insurance.
Entry Requirements
U.S. citizens must present one of the following items at
airport check-in as proof of citizenship: valid passport, naturalization
papers, certified copy or original birth certificate with photo
identification. The airline cannot board any passenger who fails to carry
proper documents. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any refund due
to your failure to bring the proper documentation. Entry requirements vary
by island and may change during the year. Please consult Ultra Tech Travel
and verify the proper documentation well in advance of your travel dates.
