Step 1: Choose your Resort. Once you've decided to tie the knot, the rest is pretty easy! With 12 Uniquely different Sandals and Beaches resorts to choose from, you're sure to find the one that fits your personality.

Jamaica: 48 hours residency Step 2: Make your Reservation. When booking your room reservation with Ultra Tech Travel either by the internet, phone or walk in agency, indicate that you are planning a wedding at the resort during your stay. Our agent will discuss your wedding plans and all the necessary documents needed to make this occasion a smooth process. Step 3: Preparing Documentation. The documents process can be a confusing and complicated process. but with our team of document specialist and highly trained agent the process is made virtually stress free. Remember that each island is unique and there requirements vary from island to island. Your travel agent can answer any questions pertaining to your documents and all island requirements. All legal documents must be in English or legally translated into English. All translated documents must be from a legal translator with letterhead stamped and sealed from the translators office. No documents will be returned to the clients and should be mailed ups or FedEx so documents can be tracked. (Original copies that are notarized can be used) Please have in office at a minimum of 60 days prior to your departure. Government / administrative fee: This fee is waived for bookings of 6 nights or longer in a concierge room category suite or higher.
Jamaica: $250.00 Step 4: At The Resort. Upon arrival to the resort, you will be greeted by your wedding coordinator and an appointment made for your wedding consultation. This is where you finalize all of the details for your special day. Wedding dates and times are subject to availability. While at the resort couples will choose their wedding location, floral arrangements, and confirm additional options if so desired.

Is the wedding a legal marriage, recognized in our state our country? Yes, the marriage is a legal binding marriage, and once you have received your official marriage certificate, you can use that document as proof of your marriage. Can we get married on the beach in the sand? Of course! We offer several locations at each resort, and a beach wedding in the sand is always an option. The Wedding Coordinator at the resort will give you a tour of the possible locations and help you pick the perfect one. What are the wedding sites on property? Most of our properties offer a beach, a garden and a gazebo location. The locations is the couple's choice. It can be as private or public as they wish. Why did we receive a bill for the wedding if the wedding is included? If you are staying 6 nights or longer in a qualifying room category, the basic wedding package is included. The invoice goes out automatically when the wedding is booked to confirm date and time. The rate will be adjusted 30 days prior to wedding date once the room category and length of stay is confirmed. What flavor is the wedding cake? There's a choice of 3 flavors; chocolate, vanilla or traditional Caribbean. What is the best way to travel with a wedding dress? Any arrangement for transportation of a wedding dress should be discussed directly with your airline carrier. Does the resort offer a steaming or pressing service for the wedding dress? There are off property services that will handle the steaming of the dress. Prices are determined on the size, detail, and material of the dress. When do we meet the wedding coordinator? Upon arrival, clients will receive a letter from the wedding coordinator in their room or front desk with an appointment time and date to meet with the coordinator. What kind of flowers are in the bouquet? Flower bouquets are chosen on property. The couple is shown pictures of available flower combinations. Tropical bouquets vary per island and time of the year. Can I mail the government fee? All fees can be mailed as long as the wedding confirmation number is placed with payment. Keep in mind that the fee must be received 7 days from the date you booked the wedding to avoid booking cancellation. Government fees are not included: US$250 for weddings in Jamaica, US$500 for weddings in Antigua, US$500 for weddings in the Bahamas or St. Lucia. This fee is waived when you stay 6 nights or longer in a Concierge level suite or higher. Why are specific occupations required for the bride and groom? Specific occupations are required in order to process the marriage license as they will be stated on your marriage certificate. Do we need to hand carry documents to the resort? Original documents are required to be hand carried when going to any of our resorts (except our resorts in Jamaica). Can we bring our own wedding music? We provide a selection of music. However, clients are welcome to bring their own wedding music CDs. Do you offer tuxedo rentals at your resorts? We do not offer tuxedo rentals on property. However, tuxedo rentals are available from the following local companies:
